I bought 3 Yankees tickets for April, of course Covid hit. Major League Baseball cancelled games. Now I am having a hard time getting a refund.
It is now October and I have not received a refund on these tickets ---- Oh but wait, I did get a refund on my parking pass which was $30.
I will never use this company again. I will send a letter to my benefits office where I work to explain what has happened. I only gave them 1 star because I could not submit this without that.
I think its about time for a class action lawsuit against this company.

Bought tickets with them to Disneyland ($2,281.92) to use for Spring Break 2020, Coronavirus hit Spring 2020, emailed them on March 3rd to cancel Disneyland tickets and they said the park is not closed so they can't refund me the money. I called back on May 14th, and the park is closed indefinitely, and the lady said she will refund me the money, and more than 2 weeks later, no money was refunded. I proceed to call them on May 29, and they had no plans of issuing me the money back. Was on hold for over an hour and a half waiting to speak to the supervisor, and in the end, no resolution. They would not refund me the money back. I proceeded to open a ticket with my credit card company which refunded me the money, and they are now going to try to get the money back from these crooks that took the money and provided no useable services, since I can't use the tickets since the park is closed indefinitely. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... THEY WILL STEAL YOIR MONEY acting as a third party, and they don't care at all about the customer!

Disgusted

If I could leave them zero stars I would. I booked tickets to a hotel through this site from May 29,2021 to May 31,2021. I packed my family up and we drove 6 1/2 - 7 hours to Ft. Lauderdale for a mini vacation. We got to the hotel room to find out that our room was never booked. I sat on the phone for 6 to 7 hours on hold, and talking to about 4 different people while riding around trying to find somewhere else to stay with my kids in the car. We kept being told to wait 1 to 3 hours to receive a phone call back, that turned into 6 hours. By this time we had finally found a place to stay, and had to pay more money out of the pocket. Finally, after calling them back sitting in hold for 30min to an hour waiting for the cust serv rep to read the notes left on my account each time I had to call we received notice that they found a room for us. It was too late, we had found a room for ourselves by then. I asked for a refund of my 291.45 and have yet to receive my money back. Two days later we got an email stating that the room was over booked... we were already back at home by then. You can't get a hold of anyone that knows what they are supposed to do, and I want my money back. It took TAW 2 seconds to take that 291.45 off of my card, and it is taking them a century to give me my money back. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. This type of operation is unacceptable, and it is a BIG inconvenience, especially when your children are in the car. That was a whole day waisted.

Garbage Deals / Garbage Service

I just wanted the discounted Sams Club Membership. I did not care about the weird free chicken. Went to Sam's Club because registration was not working online and was turned away. Sam's club thought it was a scam! Tickets at Work want me to resell it to someone else. So Yes it's a scam!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE! THE SAVINGS IS NOT WORTH IT!

On April 28I booked and paid for 2 rooms for the Hardrock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale fl. I called the hotel just to be told they only have 1 room reserved for me. The entire hotel is sold out due to them hosting a fight this day. Mind you I prepaid for both rooms. I have been told for 3 days it would be fixed someone would email me someone would call me this never happened. We purchased expensive tickets to an event at the hotel due to this is where we would be staying and dont even have a room for my family to sleep. 5 people in a 1 bedroom king suite is not going to work. So unethical and unprofessional. My trip is ruined.

Not worth the hassle - just go through the vendors themselves

I purchased vouchers for an excursion for my trip. Prior to purchasing, there was no information on how to make a reservation after purchase of the voucher through Ticketsatwork. It was after purchasing that I received the confirmation email notifying me I HAD to call in to the vendor to make a reservation. By then the vendor's office was closed for the day. By the next morning, all the reservation for the week I was visiting were all sold out. I reached out to Ticketsatwork to see if anything can be done (refund, credits, etc) and their customer service opened a file. I got a response from Ticketsatwork that the vendor rejected the refund. Then I called the vendor directly and the vendor claims the refund is at Ticketsatwork's discretion. When another file was opened after I contacted another representative, the response they gave me was that the purchase was a final sale. Long story short, there was no clear redemption information on TicketsAtWork prior to purchase and Ticketsatwork changed the reason for denying a refund of any kind - deceptive if you ask me. Now I have 2 vouchers for a place I do not plan to revisit in the next few years. It's not worth the trouble.

Scam

If I could give this site a 0, I would with no hesitation. I purchased a room at Disney through this fraudulent site and after traveling there, I find out there is no reservation! How embarrassing! I had to get the hotel manager involved to do further research, only to find out that my "reservation" did not exist. They were able to clear nearly $400 from my account, yet, when I arrived, I had no room. I showed confirmation emails as well as my bank draft. The front desk associate at the hotel was kind enough to accommodate us but he did inform me that this is a common scam that people fall victim to. He told me that numerous people have booked through Ticketsatwork, only to have no reservation when they arrive. This is truly bad business, thankfully, I was assisted and it did not ruin our trip. I will be reporting them to BBB... it's not like anymore piss poor reviews will hurt them. Bottom of the barrow.

Horrible experience

We booked a hotel with TicketsatWork for medical reasons, a week prior to the stay we looked at the Hotel website and found out that it was closed. We immediately followed up with them regarding a refund or a booking for a hotel in the same area, no response. Called the hotel directly and they had been closed for over 2 weeks prior to my call in which NO ONE notified us. Again it is going on 3 weeks and still no refund back from them. Will never do business with them again!

This company needs to be better!

Has anyone used Recreation Connection / TicketsatWork?

If you haven't, DONT!

I purchased tickets for JoJo Siwa in February last year (before corona) and kylie even paid for her own ticket ( at 5!) then corona happened, concert got rescheduled to July, 2021. Awesome! We will attend!

Now, yesterday, the JoJo concert was rescheduled AGAIN, to February of 2022! We cannot make this event any longer and have been told that we cannot get a refund, unless the event is cancelled.

I understand that is your normal policy. But these are NOT normal circumstances! You have to adjust your customer service to fit the circumstances we are in as a NATION! I am beyond appalled by this as now I will be out almost $300 for tickets that again, my 5 year old used ALL of her birthday money to purchase!

Your company needs to be better!

Sincerely,
One upset family and one broken hearted little girl

Utter trash

In the middle of a pandemic they refuse to offer refunds for purchases or exchanges this includes the fact that nothing has been issued and is still in process. I really do not know how is bad customer service a draw for a discount but these guys take the cake. TicketsAtWork.com Order #21293078 event is in 2022 FFS.

Awful Sevice

I wanted to treat my family and since I am a teacher I wanted to utilize tickets artwork discounts and promotions. I purchased my tickets and then the page showed an error code and I hit the back button and it charged my account twice. They are refusing to work with us and want us to take their credit voucher. They stole from me and I am going to keep calling until I get my refund. What a scam of a company.

Never Use This Company!!!

This is another one of those reviews that I would rather give 0 stars but you have to give 1 star to make the review. I purchased tickets to a Blake Shelton concert in Jan 2020 that was scheduled for Mar2020. It never happened because of the Covid situation. I call them every few months to see if they will refund my money ($900) but they refuse. The last time I called they told me that the event had been rescheduled for 3/14/2021 which was a lie. When I told them I couldn't make the 3/14 date they suggested I sell the tickets. While I was on the phone with them I checked the Ticketmaster website and it showed TBA. So I asked them how I could sell tickets to a nonevent. They weren't even embarrassed that they lied to me.

Refund policy should be illegal!

We have almost $2000 dollars in tickets we purchased for a theme park prior to Covid and can not get our money back. We were forced to cancel the trip due to the pandemic and our hotel gave us an instant refund but TAW refuses. I have even asked that I be able to purchase through one of their partnering company's that they advertise with and I was denied. Two thousand dollars to us is a lot of money especially during a pandemic. They have our money and we have nothing. I have called twice and so has my husband and they refuse to reimburse us. Buyer beware!

Not at all. Why use businesses to lie about providing their employees a discount if their tickets cost twice as much as Ticketmaster? So where are they coming up with these fake prices and fake discounts?

Nope. I cannot. Their customer service is terrible. They don't want to help you. They buy tickets in bulk and resell them for profit while lying to you about the terms of the sale.

A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
